Experienced framer for basement finish

We have a basement that needs framed. It is the exterior walls, along the stairway, a bedroom with closet, bathroom and laundry room and lastly a second smaller half bathroom. Should take an experienced framer 1-3 days depending on the size of your crew. I will pay for the materials. You supply the labor and knowledge of the building codes. Must have 3 years or more of experience and have insurance or sign a liability waiver. Will need references and photos of jobs or I can inspect current work at current job sites. Can be completed on the evenings or weekends. Need completed before January 5th. Reply with "Framing expert" in the subject line. Will have more work after this one. Pay is $800 - $1,200
