At this event you will be taking a looking at your New Year resolutions through a holistic lense and putting those goals into action. Participants will learn specific techinques to increase the liklyhood of turning their goals into relatity in 2023. The workshop will start with a short interactive presentation with life coach Emily Gendron to explain strategies on how to approach goals differently. Partipants will recieve a workbook to brainstorm their ideas and inspirations during the workshop, and an additional workbook for tracking progress throughout 2023. Old magazines, crafting supplies, and a blank board will be provied for each partipant to then create during the second half of the workshop. Guests are welcome to bring their own crafting goodies or old magazines from home. This event is BYOB for guest 21+ so bring your friends & thebubbly! Please remeber to always consume responsibly.
