MBI presents a special New Moon Ceremony at Urban Farm Fermentory. The New Moon Ceremony is an integrative, 60-minute class that will guide you through introspective meditation and journaling exercises to plant seeds for future endeavors. New moons are a great time to set clear intentions for the weeks or months ahead. You will also receive a mini intuitive reading and reiki healing from Lacey. Lacey Raymond is the founder and creator of Mind-Body Integration (MBI), a preventative health advocacy platform that bridges Eastern and Western approaches to health and wellness. Raymond earned her degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Framingham State University, and calls on her blended experiences and training in clinical neuropsychology, holistic health coaching, and Eastern philosophies and practices to offer unique sessions.
