Free cocker spaniel

I have a year old free female cocker spaniel. She has a cherry eye that can be fixed when she is spayed. She also has juvenile cataracts that Doesn't affect her vision..she has these issues due to the breeder over breeding. I need to find her a great inside home that someone is willing to just have a lap dog. You must agree to her getting fixed along with her cherry eye. I will be picky to whom she goes to.
