Meeting every Thursday at 6:30 pm at our International Center near downtown Dunedin, beginning November 3 and ending December 22. These sessions build upon each other one week to the next. During these weeks we will teach moves from our tai chi set of 108 movements. Come and experience the peace and calmness that our practice brings.
