Located at Rise Physical Therapy's east location, this free workshop is for runners who want to understand their pelvic floor better. We’ll discuss pelvic floor anatomy and how it pertains to running along with common issues that runners experience and how to prevent them. Taught by one of our pelvic floor physical therapists, Dr. Megan James, this workshop will provide you with knowledge that can help keep you and your pelvic floor running. Come dressed ready to move because we’ll provide you with exercises you can perform at home. If you have a yoga mat, bring it, too! Each participant will receive a handout with the exercises and information discussed. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
