The Greater Dayton REALTIST Association will have our monthly Educational & you are invited to join us on Thursday, December 15, 2022 starting at 11a.m. at the Dayton Metro Library Northwest Branch. 2410 Philadelphia Dr., Dayton, Oh. 45406. Our special guest speaker will be Greg Smith, Esq. IPX1031 Vice President. Greg earned his B.A., magna cum laude, at Kenyon College, his J.D. at The Ohio State University College of Law, and is a member of the honors fraternity Phi Beta Kappa. Greg is licensed to practice in the Courts of Ohio and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a published author on numerous real estate subjects including tax deferred 1031 Exchanges, 1031 rules and 1031 regulations, and frequently speaks at 1031 Exchange seminars throughout the Midwest including Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, and Ohio. Come join us and have to learn and have your questions answered regarding 1031 Exchanges. Please note, there is a limited number of seating available, so its very important that you register soon to ensure your seat.
