Join us to usher in the cooler weather by heating up with Enlighten Infrared Sauna in Bethel, CT. We will begin with our signature meditation and physical release. We will nourish our bodies with a curated bite (Soulber Kitchen) and lift your spirits with spirits. Each person will enjoy cycling through the saunas and journaling prompt individually. The benefits of the sauna are immense. Are you looking to detox the heavy metals out of your body? Are sore muscles and inflammation unbearable? Just want time to yourself to wind down and reset? You can even set the control to how hot you would like it. (We set our saunas at 140 degrees). Make the time in the session about you. Sit in silence, meditate, play some Pandora or just pause and be for a few. Whatever your liking is, the ultimate goal is to experience the best self-care possible.
