January 6: Managing Emotions, Stress, and Energy
Stress, anxiety, and depression are among emotional responses that taps student’s energy -leading to failure. This workshop provides students a model to identify, understand, monitor, and manage emotions to provide the self-care necessary for success.
Each course is 4-6 hours long, beginning at 10:00 AM. Course fees include training, training materials, and lunch.
