Sweet Cat Mojo & His "Wife" Gracie Ann

West Alton MO

Description

Mojo is a super sweet black 3 yr old neutered male and his wife Gracie Ann is, assumed by vet when captured, also about 3yrs old. She's skittish, beautiful, and once she trusts you is also very sweet. We took Mojo in from feral mom once she weaned and left him to fend for himself at only 5 weeks old. He's a big sweetheart that uses his little meow when he wants love, which is a lot. His wife wasn't such a lucky girl as a kitten. We assumed she was dumped since she showed up one day trying to eat with the feral cats who kept beating up on her. After catching her we realized she was more scared of people than most of the feral cats/kittens I've handled, so we agree she must have been abused by whoever dumped her. Mojo is her confidence and love. When he comes for loving she comes too, if he's not around she is more skittish. She has never been aggressive, she just runs, and Mojo is the sweetest cat also having never hurt anyone. ***They must stay together or Gracie Ann becomes very depressed and tends to stay hidden if he's gone. They have no known health issues and are both fixed, just not current on shots. PLEASE Do Not Declaw Them, It Is Extremely Cruel! Gracie Ann was actually spayed through a TNR program so one of her ears has tip missing. They live in house with a few other cats and a child under 10yrs old so are good with cats and kids. Never had a dog though, they're strictly indoor cats.*** Rehoming because there's just too many people, 5 total in our home, and 5 other cats, even though they're good with the other cats-some of the others don't like Mojo or Gracie. Since Gracie is a run and not fight kind of girl she gets chased and bullied by the youngest 2 that are only a few months old. Even though it's play for the kittens, Gracie Ann runs and hides afterwards. Small rehoming fee to ensure they're going to a good home or a vet reference to take them for FREE! I want them to have a better home where they can be happier, a couple of other cats may be no problem, we just have too many I think, and they deserve nothing but the best, especially poor Gracie Ann who after 3yrs still gets a little skittish of us:( Text is preferred!!!
