Join me on Sunday morning, 12 February 2022, for another blissful immersion into the essence of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. For those of you who attended in November, you know what a joy it was to gather and dive into this divine practice.
We will once again begin with a brief introduction on Bhakti Yoga, followed by chanting, pranayama, a Vinyasa Flow practice, meditation, and a closing chant. The class will last approximately 2 hours. Afterwards, I hope you will hang out for a while for enjoy some delicious chai and community connection.
I certainly left our last practice with a deeper sense of devotion, connection, gratitude, and joy. I’m pretty sure you did too. For those of you who weren’t able to attend, I hope you will be able to make this one.
It will be good to gather again. I can’t wait to practice with you.
Bring your yoga mat and any props that you might want to use.
