This will be a one of a kind experience and the FIRST of it's kind to reach Lafayette, Louisiana. We’re providing a space for you to dance, connect, be yourself, have fun, release stress, connect with your body, and stretch yourself beyond your usual way of being. This is an opportunity to deeply relax and rejuvenate your body, your mind, and your entire nervous system. It is also a safe and healthy way to improve your overall wellbeing while reaching higher states of consciousness. Yoga mat/blanket/meditation cushion (essential for the Bioenergetics and Breathwork ). This is a sober environment, alcohol is prohibited.
