C.W Harris' Winter Holiday Festival is happening on Tuesday, December 20th! This family event includes holiday music, entertainment, games, refreshments and activities. The purpose of this festival is to bring families together to have fun, strengthen our home-school relationships, and celebrate this holiday season. The night's activities will include: Gingerbread House ContestHoliday Ornament DecorationsHoliday Cookie DecorationsWish List/Holiday CardsFamily Relay RaceThe festival will begin with everyone gathering in the gym area to listen to holiday music and enjoy some refreshments. Once everyone is settled, there will be brief performances by some 2nd grade students (reciting poetry), 5th grade students (rap cypher), and the ViQueens Dance Team (video performance). After the performances, families will be break out into groups according to their child's grade level. Then, they will be escorted to one of the activities listed above to have some family fun! Please note: Parents/Guardians MUST accompany and stay with their child(ren) at all times!
