The winter solstice is considered the seasonal dark night of the soul. Spiritually this is time to honor both the light and darkness that is within each of us.
Dress for your comfort. Bring a journal and something to write with. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket to allow for comfort while sitting or lying in circle and mediation.
