Families and friends will enjoy a luxurious Chinese banquet luncheon at HL Peninsula Pearl, with proceeds benefiting the Redwood City Mandarin Immersion Scholars Foundation. The banquet menu will consist of symbolic Chinese dishes to symbolize fortune and prosperity in the Year of the Rabbit. RCMIS Auction winners will be announced during the event! All children in attendance will receive a Red Envelope and can also participate in a fun craft activity. Event organizers will reach out to guests to confirm group seating preferences and any dietary restrictions. The banquet will take place in outdoor, heated tents, with plenty of open air circulation. About RCMIS: RCMIS fundraises to provide the Mandarin Immersion program in Redwood City the funds needed for Mandarin instructional aides, Mandarin reading specialist, and Mandarin instructional coaching. Your dollars go directly to supporting students and staff in the MI program.
