This great lab mix rescued from Tarboro, NC, needs a foster home (or forever home)! Jude was rescued from a high kill shelter in Tarboro, NC, and he would so love to be in a home environment for Christmas! His description is below. Please respond to this message if you would like to consider fostering or adopting Jude. Our rescue will provide a dog crate, dog food, collar, leash and any other items needed during foster care. Jude is a one-year-old lab mix, about 46 pounds, neutered, heartworm negative and fully vaccinated. He is known to be a very calm and gentle boy, despite his young age. He's non-reactive to other dogs, no matter how much they bark or act crazy around him. In other words, he's really good with other dogs. Even in the shelter, Jude presented himself as having very good manners, and was friendly and social. He must have been someone's pet at one time because he is very polite and behaves like a perfect gentleman, despite his young age. He takes treats very gently and is affectionate with his humans. Jude is a really nice dog and will make a great family addition! And yes, he would love a fenced in yard, please!
