Any one know a kitten rescue?

I'm posting an ad as I'm looking for someone who knows of or is a kitten rescue. Two kittens were apparently dumped by my workplace this afternoon. I am unable to take them home until I find their forever home as my house has enough cats and a dog already. I've tried contacting animal shelters but a few who instamessaged back said they aren't accepting at this time. Another in Homewood said they only accept Homewood animals. If anyone who is a rescuer sees this please reply back. I do not wish to have to take them to a kill shelter. One of the kittens is rather skittish and hides. The other seems to want to be around and runs after people. It even tried to go inside the business a few times.
