We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our maintenance team that services a variety of multifamily properties around the Chicagoland area!
Job Description:
- Perform a list of weekly maintenance tasks
- Assist with renovation projects
- Be able to detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs
- Flexible hours!! You get to decide how much you work!
- Pay ranges from $20- $30 an hour, based on experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appliance installation, carpentry, basic plumbing, minor electrical wiring, maintenance and renovation
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment
- Access to reliable transportation
