Institutions of higher education have been places where Black students experienced traumatic discrimination and prejudice in pursuit of educational social mobility. Today, there are 55+ Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (TRHT) Centers located on colleges/university campuses across the country engaging Black alumni on dismantling systemic racism and creating inclusive communities for the next generation of Black Alumni.
Participants will hear from alumni and administrators about their Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (TRHT) efforts to heal a community. Executive board members from each participating Black alumni association are welcome to join.
