Commercial Cleaning Company is looking to hire cleaning associates in Baltimore, MD. Please read very carefully. There’s 3 positions available on this post. It's highly preferred that you live in or near Baltimore since this is a part time job and would like to keep your travel time to a minimum. Also, this position are meant to create supplemental income and not to be your primary source of income. Responsibilities will consist of: -Wiping down counters. -Cleaning bathrooms. -Vacuuming, mopping. -Emptying trash and other janitorial duties. Requirements -Experience in Commercial Cleaning. -High level of energy since there's a lot of walking and climbing steps. -High level of integrity since you will be trusted with keys, codes and alarms to locations. -Applicant must have a valid driver's license and own car. -Be willing to travel to different job sites. -Must be detailed oriented. -Comfortable with arming and disarming alarms. -Willing to go through a background check. -Must have own vacuum. Benefits -Flexible hours! -We will supply tools and supplies! -Opportunity to grow to a Full Time position! Compensation and schedule We have 3 car dealerships that need Commercial Cleaning. Dealership #1. Night time hours only. 9pm-1am. Monday-Saturday (6 Days) Pays $1500 per Month. Dealership #2. Day time hours from 12pm-3pm. 5 Days (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat). (Off Wed and Sun) Pays $900 per Month Dealership #3 Night Hours from 9pm-1am. 5 Days (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat). (Off Wed and Sun) Pays $1200 per Month.
