Class Description
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to make your very own pasta from scratch, like
the chefs in Italy? Well now is your opportunity to roll up your sleeves and connect with flour in a whole new way. This is an introductory class where you will learn the technique of making pasta dough and then creating the following fun shapes: Orecchiette, Cavatelli and Trofie. I will provide all the raw ingredients and cooking equipment, so you just must bring your enthusiasm and a container to take home your creations. You will also receive instructions on preserving dough and sauce recipes that pair well with each pasta shape. Class is suitable for 15 years and older. No experience necessary.
