Description

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a blanket or light wrap. Chairs and tables available. No experience or level of yoga required. Take the time before the holidays to focus on self care, and learn tips for energy hygiene. Large groups, too much family, work commitments and societal expectations often make holidays more stressful for empathic people. Come gently and quietly relax, celebrate with like-minded men and women, and create something to help balance and soothe you through the solstice, holidays, and new year. All materials for mala, and pendulum provided. Veggie lunch served. Ending with a quiet gong bath and breathwork to strengthen and balance you as you move forward. Thank you for showing up for yourself. When a group of us do that, we often create a ripple of peace that flows outward through our families and community. Yoga is a philosophy, not a religion. All beliefs are honored. Om Shanti means Universal peace. Namaste - I see your light and honor it. Local yogini Amy Hedges-Jinks will assist with her gong and beautiful spirit. Sliding scale is available for those unable to meet reccomended donation of $54 which covers , mala. Ten percent of net profits will be used to support the Albert Washburn Center who assist Pensacola's residents without housing.
