Installing Carpet in My Garage

Hello Everyone, I am seeking a professional to install carpet in my garage, which I am turning into a game room. The floor is concrete and 13.5' x 17.5'. I found some outdoor carpet at Home Depot that I would like to purchase. It's pretty thin (see the image). The HD carpet is 12 feet across, so I would just purchase two pieces and have the installer lay them both down, hopefully creating a very small, thin seam between them. I am not sure if I want to put padding under the carpet, but I am open to ideas. Not sure if it matters, but the garage is not climate controlled, FYI. I am seeking bids right now, so I would love to hear your price. Thanks! Best, John
