I’m looking for a reliable and readily available on demand intermittent handyman in the Jefferson Park area in Chicago. Responsibilities include being able to replace lightbulbs, outlets, light fixtures, switches, faucets, wax rings on toilets, snow removal, remove debris from the hallway, laundry area and porches. Also when asked, being available to evaluate emergency issues dealing with apartments such heating, water leaks, lighting etc. and report to me. When the service is requested, hourly pay Monday to Saturday 7 am to 7 pm is $ 35.00 per hour and hourly service Monday to Saturday 7 pm to 7 AM is $ 50 per hour, and on holydays $ 75 per hour. Also responsibility will include building inspection outside and inside (basement) every other Wednesday for $ 25 per inspection and report to me.
