I have 2 units in Milwaukee that I run as an Airbnbs. I am seeking a general maintenance person to work as needed from 11AM - 4PM. Must have: - 1-3 years experience - own tools and transportation - general knowledge regarding maintenance issues - be comfortable with lifting equipment and supplies - ability to text for communication - ability to help with preventative maintenance (furnace filters, changing smoke detector batteries, etc.) - flexibility to help with snow removal / salting, as needed Any items that are purchased for a job will be reimbursed (with prior approval). $40 an hour and must be flexible.
