This position is assigned to the River Bluff Townhomes in West Bend, WI and Spring Harbor apartments in Port Washington, WI. The position will support, as needed, other area properties for alternating every other week on-call responsibilities. We offer a strong PTO program (9 holidays and 17 other PTO hours as start). This position primary responsibility for: Corrective Maintenance by completing work requests Assist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc. Assist with snow removal as needed Preventative Maintenance Emergency maintenance - this is a rotating schedule with 3-4 other area Service Technicians Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers. Assist outside contractors when services are required Picks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property List Job Qualifications. A. Education, work experience, licenses and certifications: Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experience Licenses: A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required.
