I need a good, Experienced Carpenter to work with me on a one day project. I had a hidden roof leak in the corner of a one story addition back room of the house. I opened up the wall to find that a 6 foot section on the exterior wall had been so water damaged that the wood studs and plywood crumbled away in my hand. The damage goes from the ceil plate to the roof joists in that area and so we will have to remove the siding over that area, tear out the wall, and rebuild/refortify it from the ceil plate to the roof. I can do the job Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. You have to have a lot of experience and your own tools. I will pay $250 Cash for the day of Helping me do the job. Call 412-654-3558.
