Brand Ambassador Joyce Factory Direct is seeking part-time Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and products at Events, Home Shows, and Expos. Our Ambassador should be energetic, able to make great first impressions and have good communication skills. This is not a sales position! As an Ambassador you will be the face of the company engaging with consumers looking for more information about upgrades or remodeling needs. Ambassadors will generally inform potential customers on the quality of work that Joyce preforms. From there will set the customer up with additional info and their own personal expert rep to answer all questions and help them step by step through the process of upgrading their home. As an ambassador your main focus will be to qualify home improvement prospects, generate interest and create lead appointments. Our Marketing department is expanding, and we have an immediate need for top notch leaders that will deliver a high level of customer service with pride. Help us help others. Responsibilities: • Generate and schedule quality appointments through positive, informative customer interactions • Representing our brand at events in a professional manner • Survey and Engage Community to Increase Brand Awareness • Demonstrate Basic Product Features and Benefits • Secure Entry Forms and Book Appointments Qualifications: • Reliable transportation and cell phone • Excellent interpersonal skills with professional, well spoken, upbeat and engaging personality • Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred but not required • Motivated and able to work without direct supervision • Excellent persuasive skills • Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, and standing • Love meeting people Compensation / Future: • Base hourly rate 15hr • Multi-teared incentive and bonus plan • Basic travel and parking expenses covered • Advancement Opportunities Including Full-Time and Lead / Supervisor • Access to Fun Local Events
