Lost: small oblong 4" black w/red light Garman Varia bike rear light/radar. Lost near the curb on Lincoln Pkwy near where Rumsey ends across from Delaware Park. You can't use it without my app/registration--I'd be very thankful if anyone found it. Thank you!
