Description
All the big companies have you believing that it's hard to find any opportunities in the hvac field. The worst part is that the typical service technician/installer does not feel like they get paid very well. On top of the low pay and lack of good benefits: 1- You don't get treated well by your superiors 2- If you want to get more hours, you don't get them 3- You get penalized for having to deal with family emergencies 4- You're constantly tracked and monitored 5- According to management, you're expendable And the list could go on. I totally get it, I was in your shoes at one point. And if you've ever tried to run your own business, well holy crap is that a freaking nightmare. Some of my personal biggest complaints when going solo was: 1- You have to answer phone calls 24/7 and convince customers to pay you for a site visit 2- You have to deal with the phone 24/7, this includes spam, marketers, broke customers etc 3- Did I mention phone calls 24/7? This includes "that guy" that keeps you on the phone for hours asking you questions but won't pay for you to come out to his house to see what's actually wrong... 4- Customer service 24/7. 5- Not getting paid.. This one really sucks But with all that being said, I've managed to fix all of those issues while getting my life back. To me, this means that little bit of extra time with my wife and kids... All because of one great partnership! Over the last 6 years, we've already expanded to 5 full time staff and we're still growing. As a FT tech, I'm on track to making over $90k this year and one of my PT techs will be pulling in in ~55k. Here are some random jobs that I was given recently: 1- Gas valve and expansion tank replacement - I, as the technician got paid $300! 2- Gas water heater replacement w/ expansion tank - This job paid me $420. 3- Replace 2 shut off valves and piercing valve - $200 payout 4- Replace 2T condensing unit - $450 in my pocket! Best part about the money was that I didn't have to schedule any appointments. I honestly never even had to call the customers. With that said, we are on a journey to find as many techs as possible who want in on this opportunity. Our plan is go to national and currently we have locations in PA & NJ. As an owner operator, you'll enjoy the benefits of running your own business without the headache. However this opportunity isn't for everyone. The ones we don't want are : 1- drug addicts/junkies 2- criminals/felons So if you can't pass a drug test or background check, please don't even bother! If you're neither of the above, and willing to explore what could be a life changing opportunity. Please submit your resume which should include work history and education. Also we would like a minimum of 3 references. If we think you are a good fit, we will reach out to you about how to proceed with us (please make sure your phone # is in your resume).
