My yard can be easily accessed front and back and someone that owns a truck and all necessary equipment including a mower, weedeater, and blower.
It can be done within an hour if you come equipped and complete it in a single trip.
The total is $30 on completion and requires mowing front and back, as well as weed eating and clean-up.
