Puerto Rico has no resources or intellectual talent" ........................................So, you're against having another state because the people are poor, uneducated and tend to vote democrat. You silly conservative, every southern state that was brought into the union was predominantly poor, uneducated to the point the average person couldn't read and these states voted unanimously democrat until the 1950's. You are denouncing the very core of what established every southern state in the US today! Do you have something against southern states?
