Too bad local factories and thier HR depts. would rather implement woke crap rather than hire actual qualified workers. To bad they would rather have a number than quality.
It's sad that 30 yrs of experince in welding are going to waste because you would rather get a federal subsidy for EOE instead of producing quality products.
