Hiring 2 Handymen Immediately for 15-20 tasks/projects!

We have 15-20 different handyman tasks to get done at our properties starting right away, lasting 2-3 weeks on our 150-unit property portfolio. These tasks will be all throughout Cincinnati and Dayton and everywhere in between. Need 2 people available to start ASAP on these and knock them out quickly in the coming 15-20 days. Normal handyman tasks here, so you'll need to be well-versed in everything. IE: Plumbing repairs, faucet changes, HWH changes, lights, drywall patch and prep, painting 1-2 rooms, securing counters, replacing a dishwasher, installing baseboard and trim, overall basic stuff...no advanced carpentry skills needed. Some debris, demo, hauling off tires, etc. We are a company of RE professionals and GCs, so....we're looking for quality and skill as there's only one correct way to do anything. Pay is $30-45/hr depending on tasks, direct, labor only, and we'll pay for any materials needed (not tools, only materials). Overall, we'll pay $30/hr base and give you a bonus based on job performance, speed, and skill. If you don't make $40-45/hr on average, it's your failure, not us. We have the work and we pay well for quality work! And if you are seeking further work after, we buy 20-25 houses every month and we always have handyman, general labor, demo, debris, lawn cutting, etc work available. We will be hiring someone full-time if you have further interest after this project. The above work is all pretty basic, hence the pay, but we do have more advanced work on other projects that pays more depending on your skillset. We will pay as soon as the job is completed and we do a quick QC inspection of the work to ensure quality. Pay is weekly on Friday evening for all work completed that week, like any normal payroll/job. This is a 1099 contractor position, but could certainly become a full time hire if there's mutual interest after the 2 weeks.
