A glockenspiel is available for use in Prone to Mischief. It has a stand and mallets and travels well. It can be on a harness. Prone to Mischief is looking for solid players that want to play regular gigs. Gig times are Sat/Sun maybe a Friday early PM. In 2022, the band had performed 13 gigs. This is a volunteer, unpaid group. Looking for like-minded, enthusiastic musicians for Prone to Mischief brass band. We are a self sustaining, gigging, street band composed of all ages and musicians on horns, drums, strings. We are a well established and an active street band open to new musicians for the upcoming 2023 season. We will start new tunes 01/23. The band continues to grow and continues to bring music to events, celebrations, and local venues. The music is wide ranging from world music to pop culture and everything in between. We are well organized, happy people, and electronically savvy with a Facebook Page and band roster/gig site called Gig-o-matic, and a google drive for sheet music. We look for enthusiastic musicians, some background in music needed. You need to attend rehearsals and gigs with some regularity. That means you attend, more than you miss. Is this you? Give me a shout. We initially read music. Improv ability and musical creativity is a plus.
