50 Terminal Street in Charlestown- It's right off rt. 93. Your band plays Tuesday nights (others negotiable) and splits $128.75 per month- that's cheap! We've been here a lot of years and plan on staying a few more. Safe, elevators, parking, clean bathrooms, and easy to get to. Share with 3 other bands that play on other nights. You can do the occasional weekend if you need an extra session, or you can reserve a regular weekend day or night instead of Tuesday. PA and drumset for you to use. Keep an amp there, it's fine. Hours are 7PM to 1 AM, weekends 12PM -1AM. If you're losing your space in another part of town here's a solution. (25+ and responsible please. If listing is active it is still available.)
