Someone has put cameras in my home

I know this sounds crazy but I know my neighbors have installed cameras in my home. No I am not being paranoid I have heard them literally talking about what is going on in my house and the husband says he has a key to my place. I can’t do anything about it because I can’t fine the cameras he is in tech or something but I used the app and it says there are many suspicious devices. I was wondering if anyone knows how to find these devices or knows how to jam them. I’m not going crazy this is 100% happening. They have no right to be video taping me and I even think there is one in my bathroom.
