Job Description We are a fast-paced HVAC company that has lucrative positions available in our trim installation department. Trim Installers are solely responsible for the installation of equipment in new construction homes including, but not limited to, air handlers, condensers, copper line sets, PVC drain lines, mini split systems, and more. You will work closely with field supervisors to ensure that each job is completed 100% to McGowan’s Heating & Air Conditioning standards in accordance with state and local guidelines. Must have general knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and torches for brazing copper. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Excellent communication skills and problem solving are a must.
