Needing to rehome my dog and cat

I have a 5 yo dog and cat that I must rehome. I moved into an apartment and they are saying my dog can't stay here because of breed restrictions and my cat isn't an indoor cat so he can't be wandering the property. Hes an indoor/ outdoor cat. Chance is a 5 YO Australian cattle dog/ boxer mix. He's a really active, sweet boy. He's skiddish at first but once he's comfortable he's a big, playful baby. He's fixed, potty trained and loves sitting in front of the fire place. His buddy nike is a 6 yo cat and he's just a lazy boy. I prefer them to stay together, but if not that's fine. Looking for a loving home, preferably with no other dogs because Chance is a little scary of dogs he doesn't know. Only asking for a rehoming fee of $75 but that's can be negotiable for the right loving home. I need to find them a home asap so me and my family don't lose out place. It breaks my heart to do this but we have no other choice. They both will come with food, bowls, and chance has his bed.
