We are hiring motivated Bicycle Assemblers, with previous experience and the right set of tools preferred. This is an Independent Contractor position and is an excellent fit for someone who loves to see direct compensation for their skill of assembling bikes. Compensation is paid by the finished piece, therefore high-energy, fast-paced individuals or teams are most successful. This position offers the freedom of working on your own, so we are looking for self-motivators who can treat and grow the business like their own. The faster and more accurately you work, the more money you make. Previous experience is great, but if you are handy with tools and capable of learning quickly, we have a job for you. COMPENSATION• 100% Commission/Piecework Based Pay (Percentage of invoiced work) • We pay every week on Friday! POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Reliable transportation is a MUST • Will accept teams and experienced assemblers • Local positions are available, but if you are flexible and can travel more work is available • Heavy lifting is required (up to 80lbs repeatedly and daily) • Previous bike assembly experience is preferred PERSONAL TOOL REQUIREMENTS: • Cordless Drill Gun (with at least 2 batteries) • Assorted Bits and Adapters for Drill Gun • Basic Hand Tools • Smart Phone or Smart Device with WiFi or Mobile Internet • Impact Driver • Bike Stand • Pedal Wrench • Portable Air Compressor • Allen Wrench Socket for Impact Driver • 2 Caution Cones AVAILABILITY• Full-time• Weekends
