Kohl Property LLC, a family owned student rental company is seeking, a Full or Part time maintenance worker to help maintain 46 rental units. Duties include, repairing plumbing, electrical, light construction, landscaping ( mowing, trimming, weeding), and Snow removal. Employee must live within 20 miles of downtown State College and be willing to be on-call and respond to after hours emergency tenant requests, 3-4 days a week. Must have own vehicle ( mileage re-reimbursed) for use during working hours. Compensation is $25/hr with overtime pay possible.
