Description
• Supervise and train field foremen, helpers, and subcontractors (if applicable)
• Manage project process from initial scheduling through to completion
• Review all new project contracts for accuracy.
• Create project work orders for field crews and order necessary materials
• Schedule and coordinate any specific project equipment needed
• Ensure each roof repair or installation meets standards work, safety, efficiency, and according to manufacturer's specifications.
• Consistent and clear communication with customers throughout project process
• Ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and procedures
• Resolve complaints and project issues in a timely manner
• Review field timesheets and completed work orders for completion and accuracy
• Review and approve all invoices related to projects and production
• Review completed project files and turn in for final billing
• Perform project close-out process
• Additional tasks as assigned
