Alt/Rock/Prog-punk band seeking 2nd guitarist

A Little Off is seeking a 2nd guitarist, as our current will be leaving soon to go to grad school. We practice in Denver near Colfax and Dahlia on Wednesdays and every other Tuesday from 6-830ish. We have released a 5 song EP (Spotify link below), and are working towards finishing our first full length. Our older material has more of a punk vibe, which will always be at the heart of what we do, but we’ve taken more of a progressive alt-rock path in recent times. We just recorded a single at the Blasting Room that will be releasing soon. We intend to record the rest of the album there, as well. We play to a click and backing tracks, and use in ear monitors live. What we’re looking for in a guitarist - - Can play odd time signatures, complex chords, and some leads - Comfortable playing to a click - Has at least decent gear and some effects; you’ll at the very least need delay, reverb, and a volume pedal - Ability to play out at least once a month, typically on weekends, and sometimes do small stints out of town. We’re not looking to do huge tours anytime soon, but intend to do small stretches occasionally in surrounding states. - Willing to play the current material as it’s written, but also able to contribute creatively to new material - Can contribute monetarily. Recording, merch, practice space rent, etc. - No substance issues All of us in this band are friends and we communicate well. We do well at keeping things diplomatic and conflict-free. It’s important to us to keep it that way. That being said, we just want to do what we love and do it right, push towards goals, and have a good time along the way.
