hello, everyone, i just recently came into 10k cash, looking for a total pos junk, broken down dump, mouse infested, ,complete basket case,junk house,and or lot with shed,old broken down barn, broken down trashed trailer, in town or out in country i got 10,000 CASH ! in my hand for the right deal, markets are slipping, bubble is about to pop, dump it now, im a older gentleman, that just wants one more home i can call my own, i do not care condition, i got a few good years left in me to fix it up good enough to live in it while i work on it, this is no joke, i currently live in a rental, which is killing me,(money wise ) everything is over priced. evilness and greed will destroy us all eventually. thanks for any or all considerations, god bless and merry christmas and happy new year, i might pay 5k for one on BC,or jackson I Would also pay 5,000 cash for a 1/2 or 1 acre plot in the country near a creek or stream would be nice. dont need power, i got a rv and a generator
