Position Summary: Maintenance Technician responsibilities include painting, kitchen and bath repairs, floor care, and preventative maintenance. This is a full time, non-seasonal position, with competitive pay, phone reimbursement, work vehicle, and full benefits. The maintenance tech responds to workorders for vacation rental properties and facilitates minor repairs. Additionally, performs unit maintenance inspections and implements preventative maintenance programs. This is a full time (40 hour) position with full benefits and a very flexible work schedule.
