The Decatur House of Prayer invites you to the Unceasing Prayer - making a difference 2023 Gala. Featuring Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos, a gourmet meal provided by Good Samaritan Inn, and a silent auction. EVENT BEGINS AT 6:30PM | Doors open at 6:00pm This is a free event; however, tickets are required to enter. There is limited seating reserving your ticket in advance will automatically enter you in our door prize drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card. All are welcome! The Gala's mission is to further night and day prayer in our city by uniting together and by supporting the work of the ministry provided at the house of prayer. During the event, items at the silent auction will reflect the variety of prayer topics we’ve covered in prayer this past year. (1 Thess. 5:18) You won’t want to miss this opportunity to invite friends and family to learn more about DHOP and support prayer and worship in our city! 100% of every dollar raised goes to support the ministry for this year of operation and to further DHOP’s mission of providing a corporate altar releasing worship and prayer in Decatur. We look forward to seeing our community come together. Since 2010, DHOP has been praying for this community. Interceding for the voiceless, hopeless, and lost witnessing the tangible impact prayer has on a city. We have seen lives changed, hearts encouraged, and purpose found through the ministry here at the house of prayer. This past year we held over 1500 hours of worship and prayer covering over 20 prayer focuses each month. DHOP provides a local place for our community to encounter and minister to the Lord, connecting together as first responders in prayer. We are a united ministry of over 35 volunteers, representing 15 churches, who serve faithfully each week as visitors come to the prayer room. DHOP provides teachings, lessons, and Biblical resources, all to empower believers in our city. We are seeing the next generation walk through our doors, with many rising to answer the call to prayer! All donations will be accepted and accounted for the night of the Gala.
