Set your intentions, release old cycles and embrace the New Year! Join us for a New Year's Day Sound Bath and Musical Meditation on Sunday January 1st. Flow into the New Year with a rejuvenating soundscape featuring the celestial sounds of singing bowls, flutes, chimes, and the human voice, as we embark on a musical journey towards our silent center We will be gathering at St. Stephens in Sebastopol at 1PM. Please arrive early to get acquainted with the space. ✨Please bring water, warm clothing and/or blankets, a pillow, and a mat if you'd like one. A limited number of mats and blankets will be available for use. ✨There will be seating as well as space on the ground for those who would like to lie on a yoga mat. There is also plenty of space to wander, walk the labyrinth, or use the play area!
