90s tribute band looking for strong lead guitar

We're a startup 90's rock tribute band in need of a strong lead guitarist to round out the group. Ideally, we'd like someone who can pick up songs quickly, understands the importance of tone, and knows the genre well (to the point where you could look at the master list and say "I've heard most of these songs so many times I could probably play them right now").
