Workhorse Recruiting’s clients have picked up maintenance / minor repair work on Single Family homes throughout the US. WHR client portfolio consist mostly of property management companies that work for Investment firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Boa Securities. Workhorse is looking for GENERAL HANDYMAN - MAINTENANCE VENDORS to complete minor repairs. Most of the Management companies pay 3 weeks after property has been completed. - Fence Repairs - Toilet / Minor Plumbing Repairs - Misc. punch list type items throughout a home Workhorse is also looking for PROPERTY PRESERVATION VENDORS to complete preservation work on foreclosed single-family properties. - Winterizations - Grass Cuts - Lock Changes - Debris Removals - Conveyance Photos If you are interested in joining the WHR vendor network, please click on the link below.
