Need rehoming 3 mnth pup

Needing to rehome our pup,she was born 9/14/22. They said she was boxer/Pit mix. She's utd on shots,just needs her 3rd set in Jan. We can no longer keep her since the policy has changed in our housing community and they don't allow new pit puppies. So we need to find her a loving home soon or I will have to take her to the shelter. She's somewhat potty trained,but still has accidents when excited. She is lovable,cuddly,loves to run and chew on blankets. She does have separation anxiety,doesn't like to be alone,we've tried to teach her when we leave for awhile that it's okay,but she doesn't understand still.
